John is truly one of the good guys. My Jeep's transmission had been acting up for a couple weeks. When I called John he was able to get me worked into his schedule within 10 days to try to diagnose the problem. The morning of the appointment he had opened the shop already so I was able to drop my Jeep off and get to work on time. He called me once he had completed everything that he could and was very apologetic that I would have to take it to the Jeep Dealership for further diagnostics. When I went to pickup my vehicle, John was so personable. When I asked what I owed him, he hadn't charged anything for his time. I walked out of the shop smiling. Companies like his are one in a million. I really appreciate that he isn't trying to take advantage of people. Like I said, one of the good ones. I would recommend his business to everyone! Had John put a new transmission in my Ford Escape back in January. Its July and not one issue. Great and trustworthy service! Top notch.
