I am very confused with former reviews on this complex. For the past two years, I've had the pleasure of calling The Crossings Apartments my home, and it's been nothing short of a delightful experience. From the moment I moved in, I knew I had found a place that perfectly aligned with my lifestyle and preferences. One of the aspects I value most about living at The Crossings is the unparalleled sense of privacy it offers. Despite being located in a bustling area, the layout and design of the apartments ensure that each resident can enjoy their own space without feeling intruded upon. Whether I wanted to unwind after a long day at work or simply have some quiet time to myself, I always felt like I had the privacy I needed. Moreover, the convenience of the location cannot be overstated. Situated in a prime spot with easy access to essential amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues, The Crossings truly offers the epitome of urban living. Bathroom light switch doesnt stay on. Back door hard to close. Blinds are real old, with most breaking off the hangers, i didnt make a maintenance request because i didnt want to be a bother but then they took over $100 out of deposit for them! Centipede and ant problem, would find mouse droppings in pantry, but wasnt until a month before leaving that i actualy woke up to a shadow and when i reached out it turned out to be a mouse and ran right under my covers! (I sleep on the floor) Every 30minutes there is a loud dripping sound above ceiling that last about 2minute, was always a heavy sleeper but now getting up every night to pee! (Maintenance said it is normal) AC leaked all over floor, maintenance came and cleaned it up but didnt fix leak so i just kept a tub under it for rest of our time there emptying each night. Fire alarm outside is beeping 24/7, maintenance cant turn it off. But it's a great location

I recently made an inquiry into leasing a unit and the customer service I received from Luis was very helpful, but his courteous and professional attitude stood out above his vast knowledge of the property and the surrounding area. These characteristics of the Crossings at Barry Road helped me make my final decision about relocating: location, affordability, amenities, and community housing, and, of course, the customer service! This is where I will call my apartment home as soon as my lease ends where I currently live. Thanks, Luis!

I'm not sure there are words for how low I would rate this apartment complex. If you enjoy unreal electric bills (due to old windows and terrible seals) and terrible management then look no further. Getting your deposit back does not exist and they will charge you for every penny when you move out.
