This place is an absolute SCAM!!!! 0 stars and would NEVER RECOMMEND living here. Security gates dont work, pool was closed for half the summer and even when it was open it was SO DISGUSTING and never ever cleaned. Management sucks and they always pretended to do work orders and never actually did. The way it was built SUCKS and you will pay 10x in electric because nothing is properly insulated. Couldnt have got out of there fast enough and wish I would have never even gave them a minute of my time its all a scam and DEFINITELY not luxury but you will pay the luxury price. Not safe, horrible management and team and overall horrible experience.

We really enjoy living here at the Villas, the staff are wonderful and very helpful. Today we are especially thankful for Amanda who does an amazing job of keeping the facility clean. We come down for coffee early in the morning and she is always working hard to keep the main areas spotless! Just wanted to acknowledge a job well done and let Amanda know we sure appreciate it..!!!

TLDR: The main things are there, but a few things fall short of complete luxury. Not a bad place overall. Could be worse, could be better.
The smart home features are simply managing your lights and locks with your phone that logs you out a lot. No voice activation or other integration possible. It worked great when I first moved in, but the original company went bankrupt, and now it's functioning the bare minimum with the replacement company. They did what they could, but here we are. I'm kind of worried we aren't given physical keys (we must use a number code or phone app). One day, the batteries are going to die out, and we can't get in without the admin key. Hopefully, it's not at night.
The shower water heat isn't all that hot (especially during winter). I can crank it up to maximum, and it will be just right for about 10 minutes before it gets to be warm water. It definitely works well and hot with the kitchen sink, but that doesn't mean it works for my shower. Maybe a bad architecture design choice or a costly plumbing issue that's unfixable. They are unable to change it.
One side of folding doors to the washer/dryer is a bit stiff. They work with a little force, but one side definitely doesn't slide like the other. It's apparently just how they are.
My experience with the maintenance time frame seems to be fine. They come and fix it within reason if they are able to fix it. It's just that sometimes they aren't (shower water heat and sliding doors above).
The pool opening times seem fine relative to weather, and the hot tub is open all year. It is kind of weird that the ping pong table is outside (wind anyone?). I don't use all of the amenities, but they seem to either be in decent condition all the time or available 2/3 of the time, depending on amenity (probably people stealing stuff like jerks). The billiard table sticks seem to be in decent shape. It's much better than most places with a completely ground tip.
The fire alarms go off about 3 or 4 times a year (unscheduled) for about 1 or more hours at a time, which can be annoying. I'm not sure how much control they have of that or if it's a fire department thing, but reducing that alarm uptime would be great when the building is not actually on fire.
Definitely pick the right apartment location for your needs. Trash valet pickup is in front of your door, so no problem there. The ends of the apartment strip are the main trash dumps (for big stuff), so the middle is the farthest. The valet service is great after they replaced their previous unreliable provider.
Access locations on some apartments are rough if you have guests. There are no stairs or elevators in the main entranceway. If you're in the dead center of the complex upper floors, guests/delivery have to travel a quarter way down the hallway and all the way back center again. It's complicated for people unfamiliar. I'm not sure if the ends can be accessed by guests, but I assume not without a keyfob.
If you get in late, you'll be parking way in the back. If you have a side entrance apartment, that may be less of an issue due to the design of the parking lot and apartments being a line strip for the most part and accessing the side doors (guests won't have this luxury). Paid parking spots are waiting list for the ports and very available for the more luxurious group-heated and individual-garage (although they're all a little somewhat pricey imo).
