        location is good for students. average apartments. creaky ceilings though. maintenance has had decent response time so far. overall an okay place if your main priorities are location and having individual bedrooms/leases.

        Moved in not too long ago and so far its been ok. Place was gross when we moved in (previous residents shaved hair on the sink, vent filters were filthy, lights outside front door and balcony werent working, communal laundry machine/space was very dirty ). Location is perfect for students if you dont mind paying $40 a month for parking. With a little work I think these apartments are worth it for the price - that being said Ive only been here for a few weeks
