Wish wed have gotten the chance to experience this housing situation but unfortunately their third party application screening party service bumped us from the system and had two applicants for the same apartment. They took the $350 deposit which we are finally supposed to be receiving. Terrible experience when moving day was supposed to be in a week.

I am editing this review because I would like to advise those who are looking at the reviews to be VERY WARY OF LIVING HERE. I have lived in Lawrence for 5+ years. I have lived at 3 different apartment complexes. This is the first time an apartment has charged me so much money for cleaning. My older parents, boyfriend, and I spent the whole weekend deep cleaning my apartment so I wouldn't be charged. I might as well not have cleaned if I knew I was going to lose so much of my deposit! DO NOT LIVE HERE. Listen to the reviews on all of the apartment sites, because I wish I did First of all, be prepared to clean your tub every single day because mold will continuously grow if you don't do a whole vinegar spray down. I would know since I lived here for over a year. The laundry machines are a straight up scam, they charge 2$ minimum per load for wash and dry, but the machines are so small that you can end up spending 10+$ just to do your laundry since you need to do them in batches. Also atleast half of the machines are always broken because people will try their best to fill the machines as well as they can (because they are so small and expensive per load) that they break easily and flood. Good luck reaching anyone at all in the office because they won't answer their phones any day of the week. You can only reach them through email and if you try to email them on a Friday evening, even if they are open Saturday don't expect to get a response until Monday. I called them multiple times on a Saturday during their business hours trying to reach them since I was out of town and had an issue with my apartment only to drive into town to find someone on their phone doing absolutely nothing at the front desk just 30 minutes before I had called. You will not get your security deposit back. Listen to the multiple reviews of people saying they don't give your deposits back, because its true. They will charge you for the most random charges to completely avoid giving you ANY large some of money back. I wish I could have moved out sooner. Do not live here.
