        What they won't tell you when you sign a lease is that there isn't parking. There are a few spots out front, but not enough for each unit to have a spot. And people with more than one person in a unit will park 2 cars out front, which is wrong. If you park anywhere around, you will get a ticket! Including at Dillons across the street. So it's pretty impossible to live here if you have a car. Which, really, is most everyone. My car got towed, and several neighbor's cars got towed. I had to pay a lot to get it back. The landlord didn't care. If you only have a bike, this is a great place that is affordable. It's NOT new or modern in any way. It's pretty shabby, but it's not gross.
