I'm former maintenance at Rohan Ridge Apartments and this place is ghetto. Straight trash. Nasty unkept apartments INFESTED! AptS A6* A8 A2 and A4 are INFESTED WITH ROACHES and is spreading, wood under the bathroom sink saturated with black mold, just like I've seen in many apts under sinks, by the way, this is not the residents fault, The residents are amazing and deserve better treatment. By the way this video is of unit A 12 and the people still live in it. I won't say their name but obviously it's not from a person that didn't report stuff because it was obviously reported because I had a work order for it that was made months before I was even sent to look at it due to lack of maintenance help. This place is a dumb. And by the way til this day that's what the under part of their sink looks like and the poor lady has multiple children including a toddler that live in this unit. Keep lying about it and trying to trick people into coming into there. Just ask to see unit A12 and you will be denied I guarantee you! :)

I have lived here for almost 6 years. I absolutely love my apartment. Any issues Ive had have been addressed immediately with Jessica. Hands down the best landlord Ive had, she works with you if you have any issues! Internet and cable is included, it is all electric, and very comfortable. One summer we had a huge storm that actually caused a tree to crash into my apartment causing some issues, maintenance and Jessica were both at my apartment immediately to help remedy the situation until the storm could clear up and they could get onto the roof to patch things up. Ill continue to always recommend Rohan Ridge to any potential new renters.
