        Terrible service! Everytime I came to this bank the staff were always extremely rude and never helpful. They need new staff who know how to treat their customers with respect and compassion or at least basic human decency! I have never experienced such terrible customer service anywhere else.

        Been very pleased with Two Rivers and their committment to customer service and integrity..plus I feel alot of trust in this bank. This is a bank for the community also, provides alot of volunteer work and support especially to Burlington, Iowa which needs this.
