Great location downtown. Theres a skywalk system to get you where you want to go if you dont want to walk outside. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast delicious. Pool was smaller sizes and there is not a hot tub. Overall a great stay.

Great location if you're wanting to be centrally located. My bf and I stayed for 3 nights and loved how convenient it made our entire trip! The skywalk (which we didn't know was a thing until we went exploring) was perfect walking to and from the Wells Fargo Arena to see a concert. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
Rooms: Very clean and quiet
Nearby activities: Really made walking and driving around a piece of cake!

Rooms: Rooms are great so it's is staff, great them lots of props.

The Wear and tear and rooms is really bad.
Bed was very squeaky.
Was charged for a pet even though I don't have one.
I do not feel this location is up to Hyatt standards.

The rooms was clean, quiet and comfortable! Excellent customer service from all of the staff I came into contact with. Great location in the heart of downtown, walking distance to many restaurants.
