Normally not one to complain, but the floor I was out on was recently renovated and I will say, if I was the owner of the hotel I would want some money back from the company that did the work. It was never final construction cleaned, counters have grime and caulking on them. Drawers were not clean, handles not correctly aligned, just felt like it was rushed to completion.
Putting aside the poor quality of the renovated room work, the service from the staff at the front desk has been superb. Every time Ive asked for something, they did their best to ensure things were good.
Walkability: Lots of food options close by.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent neighborhood, hot tub... What more could you ask for.

Location was the only real winner here... we arrived to the hotel to no one at the front desk (two employees telling me they'll be right back). Room was beyond filthy - dust everywhere, shower was clearly not cleaned, hair and "spots" around the toilet, couch that was covered in stains. The most aggravating part was the fire suppression system being taped up and I doubt would work in an emergency. Typically I frequent marriott properties but this one might just make me reconsider that decision in the future.
Rooms: Filthy
