These guys are not here to help you at all. Theyre not trained reguallary on anything at all. These are salesman thats all. They used to be able to educate you on products but they dont know anything. Its a much better deal to order on the phone or online. T mobile stores are useless at this point unless you want to be sold something but even if you do, just order it through the phone or online because you WILL get a much better deal.

The customer service is not good at all. When I walked in I wasnt greeted at all. All the employees looked up saw me and went back to doing what hey where doing. You are supposed o greet your customers. Not look them in the eyes and turn your head

This is an updated from 11 months ago the home internet still kicks us out of movies shows have called this store two times in the beginning and they acting just like salesmen huh that's weird that's suspicious.... I have been on the phone with tmobile every month trying to figure out if they can't fix it I mean they should they "bought all these toweres" terrible customer service terrible network service. Should have went out of business when the sidekick did
