        I went in with a phone that I assume had the black screen of death. They did not look at the phone or do anything or try anything to see if that was in fact what it was. I then went on to buy a brand new phone. After all of this I went to a phone repair store in the mall and the only thing wrong with my phone was it had a dirty charging port. Pretty disappointing.

        The worst customer service experience. THIS IS A THIRD PARTY STORE meaning they apparently cant or wont do anything to help you in a situation that is not your fault. The associate failed to go through my options of iPhone 15 with me and gave me the wrong phone, and then refused to take accountability and fix their mistake. Expect to be met with attitude and hostility. Go to the t mobile in Edgewood instead! They are corporate store.
