Alonzo from the southwest ninth Des Moines Iowa store was the ideal professional any business or company would be fortunate to have work for them. When I walk into the store Alonzo greeted with a smile was helpful and polite not only to the first customer he was working with I didn't witness as Lawns oh was taking a call from a irate and disgruntled customer as he politely did everything he could to calm her and help her he listen to this rant no rational person with professionalism that is rarely seen today and business and customer help. Then Alonzo also show the same high level a professionalism and 1/10 to detail and helpfulness that shows why Metro PCS not only hired him in the first place but no doubt early will soon promote him and reward him just the same way he were rewarded all three of us customers with our choice to seek his help. Thank you Alonzo you are a gentleman you are professional and as a UPS supervisor myself that MetroPCS is not take care of you the way you took care of us today I'll give you a job myself working for Premier company that is UPS
