Incredibly supportive group of women who love to dance. Even if you've never danced before, you are welcome here. Burlesque/ Cabaret style dance offered. Plus they have hip hop workouts which are really challenging. Think burpees, push ups, cha cha planks. A showcase for family and friends  follows each approximately one month session which you may or may not chose to be a part of. Vitality is the only place I know in Cedar Rapids where adults can go and dance it out, not just for fitness but for the love of all kinds of dancing. This isn't just your zumba craze, this is jazz choreography, burlesque, hip hop, even music video routines! Plus, this is where the city's flash mob has its headquarters with Vitality's owner Cat doing all of the instruction.

It's not just an amazing workout (any of the classes!), it's about the camaraderie with incredible women from all walks of life and the confidence you never knew you had. The hardest part is overcoming your initial fears and giving it a try. Women are always so surprised at how fun dance can be even if you're inexperienced like me!
