        Residents are targeted and bullied by the management based on heresay from residents. Bullying by residents to each other is ignored by management. Other residents can get away with having non-approved family members in their homes for unspecified periods of time, one of whom is still there, though her daughter had her baby in the hallway! Masks are not required, sanitizing is rarely done. Management engages in favoritism with some residents and breaks the rules for others. Letters and phone calls to the home office are tolerated, but no real results are implemented. Nickname heard in social circles: "Trash Manor."
