Overlook 380 Apartments

The place is a dumpster fire .. More problems there than there is safe apartments. Used to live there and there was constantly cop coming out for fight, and drugs . They say it changed but once you drive there go on a weekend and you will see .

Don't bother me with anything about this place wasted my time got accepted from employee and sign contract paperwork and then another employee didn't accept me. Get your communication skills better among each other.

I am moving to IA from OK and came upon these apartments. They are BEAUTIFUL inside and out! The view is incredible and the unit I will be moving into is immaculate and beautifully updated. The complex grounds are also very well kept with no holes in the road or litter anywhere. Ashley in the leasing office was very kind and knowledgeable answering all my questions during the tour and application process. I am so excited and can hardly wait to call this place home! **Update** After living here for a little over 3 months now, I just want to say that this complex has exceeded all expectations. Ashley and Heather in the office paired with Mel and his maintenance crew make a fantastic team. They go above and beyond to ensure the property is taken care of and the people living here are happy. The love a person has for their community is reflected in the quality of work they put into making their community a home. The management team here works hard to make this complex a community and I truly feel at home here. This is the difference between Overlook 380 and every other apartment complex, so if you're reading this trying to decide if this is a good place to call home, go fill out an application right now because you definitely want to live here.

We moved there when it was still Cedarwood Hills. In a matter of 2 years living there, they went through 4 managers, the pool never worked, the laundry facilities in building 2050 never worked and was not accessible due to mold and other issues. The carpet was sinking under your feet in the hallways that were constantly covered with urine, pot smell, and blood. We had an abundance of mice that didnt pay rent, among a few other nice critters that would show up from time to time. The children were unsupervised and broke our windows twice. The sidewalks were never cleared in winter and a handicap sign was never put up that was promised, even supposedly in the office. The heater was falling apart and always made the apartment a sauna or never worked and we were freezing. The dish washer never worked. The air conditioner dripped inside and soaked our carpet. We were always promised an updated apartment but never came through. We moved out due to the mice, the pot smell, blood in the hallways, and the empty promises of the management. The only good thing: it was big, they gave us our full deposit back, and the patio was nice.
