The employees I encountered were friendly, and they got me a vehicle within a days notice. I had gotten read ended and wasn't at fault for the accident. The other partys' insurance covered it, and when I needed the car for a longer period of time, they didn't give me any trouble, and just told me how long the extension is for, and what the price would be, as the other persons' insurance wouldn't be required to cover the extension period. This was my first time using a rental car, and they provided great service, and were one of the cheapest options available to me.

Had to get a rental due to car accident. Rented a 2023 Dodge Charger. It was awesome and service was great.

Been waiting for a vehicle. My insurance insists on using enterprise. Fine. However they told me friday they wouldnt have anything for me till monday morning. Okay ive been without a car for 10 days already, whats another 2 days. I have been calling all morning and cant get any help from anyone. This will be over two weeks now of not being able to work. All from an accident that wasn't my fault to begin with. How are we supposed to make a living with no transportation at all!
