Rented me a car with marijuana inside. When I brought up the stench the woman said "we know it smells like smoke" and ended the conversation while looking at me like I'm a nutcase.
I drove around for a day with drugs in my rental car because they don't clean the cars and the lady who rented to me couldn't be bothered to look at the car.
They don't do walk around inspections and expect you to give them the mileage when you return the car so they again don't have to leave their seat.

I reserved a large luxury sedan, I received a small SUV. They gave my reserved vehicle to someone else on the day before. And, I was charged the same price!! It was a take it or leave it attitude. They didnt offer any kind of discount or accommodation for their mishandling of my reservation.

They were able to help me at the last minute with a vechile for my trip. Fast and efficient when the other guys next to them said they had one and were sold out

Great rental experience. Got upgraded to a Tesla Model 3 with less than 300 miles on it. Staff were friendly. Used to book Enterprise but Avis has been my go to for a few years and theyre a good balance of value for money!
