The manager Robbin is a complete worthless piece of trash, on top of that she is very rude and confrontational. You could literally be paying a monkey to do the job she is doing. She treats the tenants like complete garbage. Also the older apartments are in poor conditions and have a very distinct smell. Throughout the year maintenance and even Robbin will walk into your apartment without you reporting a repair or even knocking(if nothing is wrong with your apartment they will find any reason). If you like being treated like a kindergartner village east is the apartment complex for you.

Kirkwood Village has been an amazing place to live the past 2 years. The staff is wonderful and is willing to help anyone at any point in time and they treat us like were one of their own. They do so many things for us students like making a meal during finals week or helping us with living arrangements for the following year. Kirkwood Village is also very close to campus so you can walk to class whenever.

Great place to live! Office and maintenance are always on top of things and are incredible! Apartments are nice and well maintained
