Have put in application, was told no even though we have enough to pay the rent and bills. However they want us to make 3x the rent, which I didn't realize that I needed enough money to pay rent on 3 of the units for just one. So I had to include my pay for healthcare of construction, train, and military families which doesn't even come in the form of a check as it comes in cash, food, clothes and all kinds of amazing things. Therefore, hopefully they call me with updated results since now they have the evidence that we make 5x the rent.

First off I would give zero stars if I could. 1. Office hours are a suggestion never actually open at the right time and they will close early when they feel like it 2. Not even 24 hours of living here they tried to evict us maybe 12 hours after we moved in 3. Dont ask for them to fix anything they are worthless at that never have had a working range since we moved in after countless times asking for it to be fixed and the fan above the range doesnt do anything apartment fills with smoke no matter what 4. Office has screamed at my girlfriend countless times and has threatened that if we dont sign a new lease they will charge us whatever they feel like monthly Just all around a terrible place to live definitely a scam for the price you pay
