        I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Management doesn't care at all at anything you say (loud neighbors, neighbors smoking in the smoke-free building, hearing entire conversations through your walls??). Maintenance is okay and friendly and its only cause HUD would shut them down if they didn't fix things. They are crazy to think they can charge almost $1200 for tax-credited units!!! If you want to enjoy anything other than a roof over your head, RUN!!!!

        Upstairs neighbors are being loud, and moving furniture (well, scraping it across the floor) late night/early morning (like 1 AM). Explained that in an email to the office, nothing has been done. Also, someone keeps smoking marijuana, office does nothing about that either. Also, our rent increased to $1,101, but yet we have to recertify?? If anything, just should have to resign a lease. Pointless to recertify if our rent has already been determined.
