Beautiful park! Rolling Hills Park has a farmer's market/vendor fair every third Friday in the summer. Food, drinks, activities, music, crafts and a ton of fun!

Very nice disc golf course. A challenging 18 hole course with many trees and other obstacles.

Playground: Very clean, modern

Best park by far in Carroll Iowa. Couldn't have grown up in a better neighborhood. Playground: Nice new equipment.
