First time going in was cool, they have a nice RC track right in the back and they work on a ton of stuff, we were interested in the snapper collection and big into the RC game, so we even purchased a Traxxas Stampede, it was a good buy, decent price, but the first time we had a problem with it was when we really saw how Jets was. The guys in there wouldn't help us out with one peice for like 2 weeks, once we came back they said they'd have to order and we had even more problems after that. Finally about 3 weeks from when we dropped the stampede off I came back in to pick it up because Traxxas sent us the piece without even goin through Jets, so in the end they did nothing for us and the three weeks of keeping it there was a complete waste of time. Complete joke and if you need any RC work or an RC car don't waste time with them and just go to Hobby Haven.
