I was waiting in the waiting room to be seen and the secretaries there were making comments about Mexicans been going in there a lot and was talking about another patient said her name clear as day and because her last name was Mendoza she must be a illegal and then when I confronted them they denied everything, they must of forgot I was sitting in the corner away from the check in desk and could hear everything. I hope they lose their jobs because women like that definitely should not be in a position where they have to meet and speak with people of all nationalities. Definitely dont recommend if they still have their jobs there.

If you know how to make a reservation for an urgent walk-in clinic, then you get to jump the line of all the sick people in the waiting room. Shame on a walk-in clinic for letting sick old people wait, while young tech-savvy, spry people get seen first! Horrible! Just horrible!

This place was great. I would take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. Most bad reviews seem to come from entitled elders. Wait time was reasonable, staff was friendly. If I could leave a one star review for some of the patients then I would. The same type of person leaving a bad review, is the same type that walks in with a mask, takes it off when seated, coughs all over the place, then puts it back on when called. When coming to an urgent care you have to be reasonable. Everyone thinks theyre the most important patient which clouds judgement and emotions. The problem is NOT this location or its staff. Its the unrealistic expectations of the patients.
