This facility actively turns away patients to convenient care centers after they schedule appointments. Two weeks ago I visited a Genesis Convenient Care and was treated with over the counter medication. After no improvement I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Passini and explained my symptoms. Two days ago I explained my symptoms during my appointment confirmation. Today I was turned away by Dr. Passini's staff because they aren't seeing people with my symptoms. I was told to go to another Convenient Care. If you're worried about your health, don't go to this facility; instead of a diagnosis and treatment, they tell you to wait until your symptoms pass.

Was misdiagnosed by a doctor. Ive been in pain for over 3 days due to using medication that does nothing for me. Thats $260 down the drain. I followed up with my Primary Care Doctor and she informed me that I was misdiagnosed. Bless her but now I have to work tomorrow and I doubt that in 12 hours Ill be completely healed and in no pain.

Called ahead and was told that they take walk-ins but when we arrived we were told appointment only. Since there was no patients they would see my husband. I couldn't go into the room or wait in the waiting room for him. I had to sit outside in 100 degree heat for quite awhile. Defiantly no compassion or empathy on this visit.
