        Was told the Dr. couldnt see us for 2.5 hours, that is fine. All I asked was they glance at my wifes neck and tell us either wait or go to the emergency room from 3 huge spider bites.... the front desk lady and the Dr could be heard giggling around corner for about 5 mins..... but not enough time literally just look....like 5 seconds to look and say "you are ok to wait until 1215", or "no go seek immediate attention", there is no "care" in health care at this facility.

        Front desk staff was excellent. Friendly and accommodating. Provider Bobbie Sue Lovedahl was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason that I didnt rate 5 stars is the MA who checked me in wasnt very friendly, also was not familiar with basic medications.

        This clinic refuses to see people without an appointment. So much for being a walk in clinic.

        Great place! Everyone was very friendly and listened to what I had to say. Will return again especially since they have later hours. Plus got me in and out.

This time of year, we see a significant increase in the number of patients seeking care.Each day, there are a number of time slots available for people who walk-in and those who save their spot online. This allows us to safely balance the number of patients who need care with our available care teams and operating hours. If you need same-day care, walk-in care is just one option. We also offer virtual care for ages 2+ in Iowa, many of our primary care clinics offer same-day appointments during the week and our emergency rooms are available for medical emergencies.
