Top quality customer service. I came from a small town, small bank, where being personal was the norm. I didn't expect that from a big bank, but the staff here makes banking a great experience.

I had a critical banking need to take care of. It was something that Wells Fargo requires an appointment for. I was told that they are "booked up" and the woman suggested that I make an appointment for next week. I'm a senior and unable to drive so coordinating transportation and Wells Fargo is tricky. Wells Fargo does not accommodate the customer, the customer has to accommodate Wells Fargo. Thankfully, I found a different bank and was told that I was welcome to do it as a walk-in.

I've always had great customer service at this branch. As far as Wells Fargo as a whole, my only complaint is their service fee on my checking account. Easy enough fix though. Direct deposit.
