Marcus Let Me Down - I came in looking for help to validate a payment that I had made at this branch over a week prior. My Wells Fargo Visa was placed on hold while this payment was validated.
Marcus, the branch manager, assured me that he would get my account unlocked and sort this out. I had brought in a copy of the cancelled check and we made a call to Wells Fargo Visa together. Long story short the call ended and my card was still frozen. Marcus just shrugged his shoulders.
I went back home and called Wells Fargo Visa. They requested that I fax them a copy of the cancelled check and removed the hold.
Thanks for nothing, Marcus!

Hands down, the WORST bank I have ever dealt with. Their online banking is terrible. Needed to change my password, but when I tried to do so, was told I dont have an acct. Weird, because I deposit money into this imaginary acct regularly. This type of thing is why I switched all other accts elsewhere.
