        Edit: My previous review was from a few years ago and was a bad one. My most recent experience was great. The rep was knowledgeable and friendly. He was very thorough, attentive, and patient. He made it known that he didn't want me to leave the store without my phone being 100% activated and ready. Old review: The employee helping us didn't let us know(nor did she know) that the Samsung S10 5G is a completely different size than the Samsung S10+. We picked out cases with her advising, and she grabbed screen protectors for us. Both the cases and the screen protectors were for the S10+. I was able to come back and return the cases since we didn't open them - but that was only because we found out they would be too small after attempting to put on the screen protectors first and realizing they were too small. I went in the next day and was able to trade in the cases, but they made me buy new screen protectors full price even though it was their representative who picked out the wrong screen protectors in the first place. She didn't have any malicious intent, but I would expect them to know what accessories go to what phones. I had to shell over an extra $60 and go in the next day because of their mistake.
