I don't ever do this but I feel like I need to warn people of my experience. I recently upgraded my phone and the service associate (unsure of his name) gave me all this junk and I did not ask for any of it and he said it was fine - I don't have to pay for it. It was an air tag, an additional charger, a car charger (that is outdate and not even compatible with my car). Then after promising me I wouldn't be charged for it, and there it was on my first bill. I feel totally manipulated and seriously considering moving from US Cellular due to this terrible experience. My family and I have been nothing but loyal customers over a decade. I called US Cellular about my first bill and they said they will not reimbursed me for these items. I get that part of their jobs is to sell us on additional accessories - that is why I got my phone case and screen protector from there. But not being transparent about what you are charging people and not making it right, is a problem. I am definitely considering not using US Cellular when I get my next phone just due to this experience. For sure, not this store. I would hate to get scammed again when I am already dropping $1,000+ on a new phone.

Thank you Tiffany so much for an awesome experience. I couldn't decide what phone I wanted but I am happy with Pixel. She didn't rush me or she wasn't pushy at all. Definitely recommending to my friends. Thanks again

My boyfriend and I came in 1/2/2023 to price out a iphone 15 plus and the cost to add him to my plan. Steve was the salesman we talked to and i told him we just wanted pricing so we had some time to think about it. He was really nice and didn't try to push us to buy that day. We came back 1/5/2023 and got him all set up. Took less then an hour. Steve took care of us both time's and was friendly and had no problem answering all our questions.

Manager was in indianola sold me phones and started contract . Been a complete mess ever since and still not fixed every month I spend hours on phone getting no where HORRIBLE customer care and my bill has never been right
