        Remember this is a mobile phone store not a repair store they are here to sell you things and are not qualified to give advanced technical advice +1 stars for fantastic price and funny customer service -4 for manager telling me if anyone can fix a phone or transfer the data off my damaged phone it would be him and he couldn't so he told me I'd have 50 days to return my new phone and when I came back in to get my phone back 3 days later after finding someone who could actually fix it, he had already sent it to the warehouse and now it's "impossible" to get back so I've lost 3 years worth of medical history, lab data, personal business info and more please learn to say "I don't know" or "I'm not completely sure" or "Im not trained on that type of damage" if you don't know how to fix/answer questions instead of making up answers
