Lisa Coldwell is the most excellent . She gets things done at a fast and convenient rate of time. She makes sure that the people she helps are Happy with the most results.

My brother is a resident at the Willows facility. The staff is always attentive and kind to him. They encourage him to engage in social activities, and he has made friends here. Its a small more cozy facility that is rather homey. He has made it his home and is happy here.

Kudos to Lucy Herrod in housekeeping. I noticed my mothers room has not been swept or mopped for a long time, and I kindly asked to use the broom to sweep under the bed. Lucy went over and beyond to sweep and mop the room. She said she only works once a week. I appreciate her time and effort to happily and gracefully accommodate my moms room on the spot.
