Both experiences Ive had here has been horrible. The staff loves to profile me. The first time I went first thing in the morning to open an account & the teller told me to come back another day. I ended up going to the Centier inside of Town & Country and they opened up my account the same day with no problem. The second time I went again 9:00am to make a withdraw & was told I couldnt make the withdraw because my deposits were through Apple Pay. I left & went to Centier on Laporte Ave and they let me do my withdrawal with no problem same day. Im pretty sure what they did is against the law, I had all proper identification & my funds were available. My fianc called to speak with someone & requested a call back from the district manager who has not reached out. We are very disgusted with this staff especially because not only myself but most of my fiancs staff bank with Centier.

The WORST bank EVER!!! 9 out of 10 times you stop there their ATM is down and not working!!

Absolutely the friendliness bank in the world . Always kind and go above and beyond everyday to help.
I appreciate all the help everytime I reach out.
