Felt really racially profiled there. We gave them our money they seemed pretty nice but as soon as they seen me it wasn't the same. Got nothing but stares when I officially walked in the office building. Then we got denied despite me having a credit score of 600. They just truly don't want African American people there. Trouble service

However, we want to clarify our rental criteria as part of the application process. Our applications are processed by an independent third-party agency and an applicant's credit score is just one part of that process. The process also reviews an applicant's income, rental history, standing with utility companies, criminal background, outstanding legal proceedings, and employment status, and these can, at times, cause a negative outcome. My experience has been very smooth and easy! Both ladies I talked to were really nice and helpful the whole way. They made my move in experience very comfortable and friendly as my first apartment alone. I would highly recommend trying locust grove apartments out!
