High Park Apartments

Lived here back in 2016-2019 and things were not the best but they were okay. Moved back in January 2023 and absolutely disgusting! Every cabinet in the kitchen was full of dead roaches. Apartment was located on the 3rd floor and squirrels were living in my ceiling. Took me calling the health department and having them complete an inspection before management would actually do anything. Apartments on 1st and 2nd floor have problems with flooding pipes and leaking water when it rains which then leads to the entire building having their water turned off. The common hallways smell like mold, smoke, and body odor. Do NOT* move here. These people will get you into a lease and do everything they can not to let you out of it.

So.....as I look at the reviews above amd see all of the negaitive talk...let me just say this: Your property is only worth the property manager in charge....with that being said---- I have been here for over a year. In that time, High Park has come under new management. With that happening...the changes in this place are ASTOUNDING. I see more done in even just the last few months than I EVER did with the last property manager. Dee is the new lady and when it comes to getting things done....she is ON IT. I have NEVER had an issue with mantenance. I call...they come. I have never had an issue with billing and if I do, I am sure Dee will walk me thru whats going on and how we can get to where we need to be. I can certainly understande the issues BEFORE the new managment....but if we are all being fair over here, we have to say that this place is coming up and things are much much better. Dee has went ABOVE and beyond for MANY of us to try and help in ways she doesn't really have to do. She deserves her review to be a fair and an honest one. If you are looking for a place to live....give High Park a chance. It's well worth the look. You won't find a better property manager, I can assure you of this.

Love Dee she is amazing person and me and JD are happy she's here! Been waiting 4 year for our glass door to be fixed and it's finally gonna be fixed. Couldn't ask for a better apartment manager and maintenance! Appreciate everything they do for all of us here!

My family and I have been thru he**. House fires are no joke, especially when you lose it all. High Park and the management team have been BEYOND awesome! They have literally helped my family in ways that are far above what one would typically get from your property managers of the world. The office lady is AMAZING. The maintenance man is AMAZING and as for all the negative reviews above.Im sorry those people feel as though they had a different experience than what we did. I can ASSURE you.this place is FAR from what some of the reviews read. There isnt a place in New Albany that treats their tenants as well as High Park. Holiday partys. Works with you on most any issue you have as far as the rent/utilities. They give EVERYONE a fair chance. Try going to a different complex and see how hard it is to even GET into a unit. Trust me when I say..we got LUCKY to find this complex! Thank you, High Park! Thank you, Dee and Zac!

My family lost our family home in a house fire a little over a year ago. Myself and wife, my daughter and my son ALL got separate units at the same time. 3 apartments- 3 leases. While here, management changed from the original property manager that was here to sign our leases. The difference from her to DEE who is now the head lady in charge is BEYOND DIFFERENT! Dee is attentive and goes out of her way to help you when its needed. Zac- the maintenance man has NEVER not shown up when Ive called for something. They throw really cool holiday partys to unite the complex and all of its tenants and simply try harder today than they did yesterday to make this place warm and to make it a HOME for those of us that live here. Although it may have been a little rough with old management.I wouldnt move for nothing now. This place went from a low 5 to a HIGH 10 in a matter of months. Give High Park a chance- you wont be disappointed.
