Just moved in 2 months ago and so far have had a great experience. Maisie & Kristi have been super nice and communicate well. The apartments are updated and spacious, maintenance has been there as soon as I need. We are enjoying the community so far! Def recommend!

Worst customer service ever! I scheduled a viewing of the apartment in person and the guy from the office never showed up, I had to call the office multiple times to get them to actually answer and solve the issue. A very nice woman came out and showed us the apartment and we decided to apply. We decided to apply in person because we had issues with the online application, so we called to see if we could come in and never got an answer, it goes straight to voicemail every time. We drove to the Lancaster leasing office and though the office was open, we never got buzzed in. Called the office a few times to see what the problem was and never got an answer. Ive called this location at least 20 times and Ive only got an answer ONE time during business hours. I even called the emergency maintenance to see if they would answer and got no answer, not sure if this is an apartment I would want to live in if the office and emergency maintenance are totally unresponsive. Apartments are absolutely stunning and the price seems great but its impossible to get ahold of anyone so Im unsure if its a great place to live. UPDATE FOUR MONTHS LATER: STILL NO ANSWER FROM ANY OF THE THREE PHONR NUMBERS PROVIDED
