Kingsfield Apartments

Can't explain the best apartment living experience I've ever had...I bought a house and moved away 3 years ago and have missed the people and the place ever since! Hard to forget!!!

Warning do not rent from here. No cameras or enough lights bright enough in the parking lot. Break ins are common here in cars why would you want to live somewhere thats not safe? I wouldnt. The apartments are full of pests too and they do nothing about it. Brown trim inside is hideous. Not modern looking at all. Please do NOT live here.

Best place to live. I'm grateful to be here. Lisa is beyond amazing and all the maintenance crew are wonderful and on top of everything. The grounds are beautiful. It's safe and very quiet. You feel at home here.

I have lived here five years And never had a problem with maintenance,grounds are always well kept. I really like the apartment and the community around me. Lisa goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met.

Of all the places I've rented, this apartment complex is the only one I can say I genuinely enjoyed. The pricing is incomparable for the square footage you get. The maintenance service is prompt and courteous. Speaking with the leasing agent Lisa was always nice. In 2022 my rent was $825 and it went up to $875 the next year in 2023. Though, for a one-bedroom with around 900 sq. ft., you couldn't find a price like that anywhere. I did not have to pay for water, though I did pay for electric and internet. Questions sent to the main office were always met same day if not the next. The property is also located directly across the street from the 4H fairgrounds which of course lead to the park uphill. With everything on state street located a convenient distance away. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone considering renting in the New Albany area. I never had an issue with any of the tenants and found them all to be kind or quiet.
