      Campus Rentals is the premier provider of off-campus housing for the Ball State community. Our houses are all within easy walking distance to all areas of campus and the village. Our student rental properties range from studio units to single-family homes with 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5+ bedrooms. We also have a highly skilled campus housing maintenance technician on call 24/7 to resolve any emergency maintenance. Ask about our Legacy Properties, all freshly remodeled or built in the last ten years, and include a dishwasher. Call to schedule your tour of one of our Muncie premier rental properties or if you have questions. We are happy to help! We are accepting off-campus student housing leasing applications for the 2022-2023 year.

      image They prey on children and get them to sign extensions of leases 1 month after moving in. Unprofessional and when asking questions get shut down with canned answers.

      image Finding a rental when in college can be tough especially when on a time line and wanting to find one that is suitable to your liking. While working with campus rentals I had none of these problems within the same day of looking online for my perfect rental I was put in contact with a representative who worked with me every step of the way and made the process easy. We were able to find a rental, tour it, and lease it in only a matter of 3 days. My representative Lydia was super amazing and was able to answer every question I had. I highly recommend campus rentals when looking to lease for a new place to call home.
