The maintenance man Robert and John are both awesome and very capable. My house was underwater this morning again for the second time in a year and they came out and got it right out left us a dehumidifier left us fans that go underneath the carpet they got it done within 1 hour. They are nothing like the old maintenance men the Middletown had. Hopefully they stay with them for a while

They genuinely don't care. My tub has been flooding my and my downstairs neighbors units. I can't even take 10 minute showers with out flooding or the water turning ice cold. Their log says maintenance put an invoice for a new tub 10 days ago but it's been over a month and the property owner Keith knows about it. I have a voicemail saved from him from Feb 28th. I've had 5 people in my unit saying I need a new tub I KNOW THIS. They've shown off my unit 3 times since I've had this issue. They can schedule that but not a new tub. This is ridiculous. Phone calls go no where. I know what your invoice says. But that's not the case! 2/15/24 was my last bath I know this because it's the anniversary of my grandma's passing and I was trying to relax. I made a call to the emergency number and they hadn't even logged it. Keith found out 10 DAYS LATER that they were even in my unit. Both times. Get it together.

I wish I would have read the reviews before signing a lease. 4vdays of calling and messaging them with no response, so I went in to the office, and they gave me the runaround. Completely unprofessional!

You don't deserve any rating, we rented a 4 bedroom house that leaks, pipes clog for no reason and the POS stove has almost caught fire 3 times. We called for maintenance 2 days ago and they still haven't called us back. No wonder the attorney General went after them, clearly it wasn't enough. I'd be willing to bet they respond to this review before fixing my stove! CALL YOUR TENANTS BACK instead of telling them they are in a meeting for 2 days straight!!!
