The worst customer service and customer relations. A woman by the name of Connie enter the apartment for an inspection. Threatened me with a possible of eviction and try to tell me how to speak. .My friend and I were completely naked and she kept trying to enter the apartment with the lack of respecting our appearance. Very rudely conducted such inspection. Bk MGMT lack the common knowledge and courtesy on how to handle the people who pay their pay check. I would suggest to anyone looking for an apartment to find a better customer service based business. The woman at the front desk is unable to handle customer complaints properly. Refused to give full name as she no longer represents herself but represents a company that we. Buy Indiana state law and state code she literally has to give you a full name so business can be conducted.

I just visit there,,the yards are always trashy, I've walk inside hallway always dirty stinks,,just let the apparmeants go, over charge in rent, unless your on section 8 .laundry rooms they have there are dirty ,not been inside 1 of the laundry room,,just was told by a few people that live there,they go 2 laundry mat else where ,no play ground for all the children that live there,
