No bed pillows had to go get them. No phone in room. Toilet stopped up when got to room. Let them know.........will get to it. Never showed. Refrigerator needed thawed out. Wont be back.

I wanted to leave an honest review based on my personal experience. First off this is probably the cheapest hotel in the area. And is conveniently placed between Fort Wayne and Indi. You get what you pay for. Its not nice but it is cheap and a convenient place to crash if youre not squeamish. Breakfast was provided. Simple yogurt mini cakes. Room didnt have bugs, ac worked, toilet and shower worked. #1 the lobby smells like Cigarettes and BO. Was quite noticeable and I dont consider my sense of smell to be strong. #2 the Side fire exit door jammed. NEVER ever should a fire door be jammed. One was able to open on one wing of the hotel and the other was totally jammed. HUGE red flag in case of an emergency. But I just took a mental note to head for the other wing in case of an emergency which is the side my room was on anyways. #3 the keys are cheap. Some hotels got nice keys that dont deactivate literally every single time they come an inch away from your phone. But these one are cheap plastic. You get what you pay for and the keys are very sensitive Its cheap here, and if youre not a snowflake if works. The room also smelled like cigarettes but like I vape and occasionally smoke a cig so the smell wasnt a bother for me personally. The rooms arnt super nice but decent, there was probably some other things wrong I didnt notice but really its just a crash pad. If your traveling for work youre gonna be too tired to notice or care anyways. Rooms: Smelled like cigarettes Noteworthy details: Has pool, oh and the halls also smell like chlorine. Like a mix of BO, chlorine, and cigarettes.

Its just not taken care of. The hair dryer was busted and just hanging off the wall. The bathroom wasn't very clean.

Don't go here. Place smelled like an ashtray and when I asked front desk if they had given us a smoking room by accident, he came and smelled my room and gave me febreze. I had just driven from kentucky with my three small children and it was so disappointing. The tub couldn't even be used because they had some weird dirty and chipped plastic covering taped down on the bottom. Beds were horrible and smelled and we all had stuffy noses and sore throats from all the cigarette smell.
