I'm really dissapointed from the people at the front desk and doctors for not informing us on costs associated with genetic testing and how much we have to pay from our pocket. Even after insurance deduction its exorbitantly high and could easily disrupt your financial planing. I m expecting least Franciscan can do is to give heads up on cost involved. It would be great to have these information prior from Franciscan than later.
