Been here for days now my fiancee was admitted due to her cervix shrinking when she was 28 weeks. The first couple of days we had nurse Shannah ( I believe that might be spelled wrong) and nurse Emily), we had no issues with them. We then started getting nurses like Channing, Lisa, Amelia, Randy and a wide range of other nurses which we had poor customer service with. Note to self if youre in labor or feel like youre going to be in labor you dont want them as your nurses. She had an OB apparently they only had one doctor in which doesnt make sense cause we had to sit up in the room with a nurse they claim was almost done with her orientation while her training nurse outside the room at the desk. We told the nurse multiple times somethings not right and my fiance herself said she feels like shes going into labor. Just know you dont wanna deliver at this hospital really regret not going to IU. We both honestly feel like racism had a part to play in it to. Our son has now been born and we had an issue with getting our son to have my last name we went through a whole process with a lady named Jodi just for the director to come to us and let us know Jodi gave us false information after all the things we went through. Weve been in the Nicu with our son for the past week and one day now and atp its just issues with the whole hospital because at first things were good then we start having the same issues nurses just letting the monitor ring, our son keeps throwing up because theres only one position he likes where he doesnt vomit, talked to the director basically sat there making excuses for the nurses and disregarded what we saying. On top of that our sons breathing all of a sudden had gotten worse and they put it off like its nothing and were at the point of transferring.

I just delivered here. Not only was my Dr, Dr. Morris amazing, so was the team that performed the surgery with her, and all the hospital staff postpartum . I had a bad experience with my first child (somewhere else), and am just amazed and happy with everything here.

I just had my sweet baby boy this past Monday (28th) and when I plan to have my second child it will definitely be here. They treated me with such care and I couldnt be more happy with my experience. Every worry or scare I had they reassured me that me and my baby were going to be okay. I want to thank Dr. Ramirez for delivering my baby boy along with the nurses who assisted her ! My nurses/lactation nurses Shanna, Lisa, Debbie, Deidra, and Jalayne! I think thats all of them. Super amazing staff. Seriously I would love to go back to school and become an RN just so I can work around such amazing people ! Thank you so much again. Will be coming back to visit and bother them
