I never have problem when I order from them! The young lady that answered the phone today was very nice and very polite, I just wanna say this location is the best one I've ever been too!

Worst customer service ever twice in one week. I moved to the Lawrence area & was happy to know there was a papa Murphy's 2min away. But I will now travel just for a better experience, young teens are always working & they are rude, non informational when it comes to questions about pizzas & price. When u tell them after touching everything including register & their person to change glove it's attitude. Needs to be managers present at all times kids are looking for a check & could care less about your experience. & this is during 2nd shift hours. Overall dissatisfaction.

They were friendly and had prompt service. I even received a discount on my family sized pizza.
