        I have Never been to a Papa Murphys so I when I walked in I didnt know they didnt bake the pizza. The customer service person failed to inform me of that as well when I ordered. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick it up and its an uncooked pizza after having already payed for it!!! You should not assume every customer knows you only sell uncooked pizza! You should tell people that when they order and not assume they already know. If I wanted to bake it my self I could have saved time and money and gotten a frozen pizza at Walmart after all you use thawed out crust and sprinkle on ingredients same as Walmart only theirs only cost 6.99 instead of 20! My biggest complaint is your failure to inform walk in customers that they are buying a raw pizza!!!
