Little Caesars Pizza

Terrible experience ordered online and when arrived doors were locked. Went threw drive up and waited 20min to get food only to be told the order was not in the over. Was asked to park up front and someone would be out. No one came and had to go back up to drive threw to get update on order This ordeal WENT ON FOR 1 HOUR. NO NOTICE ON WEBSITE OF TIME DELAYS EITHER WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED AND DROVE TO STORE if the website did not state Food was ready. TERRIBLE.

Took over an hour to get my online order. They don't start until you go to pick up your order. It was complete chaos over 6 people waiting for orders and everyone upset. I felt bad for the staff but seem to be unorganized hot mess.

I ordered online and initially chose drive thru, but someone was waiting at the window for 5+ minutes, so I went inside where I waited even longer.

The store used to be my favorite store and I would drive out of my way to get pizza from here. Since about the beginning of 2021, this store has went downhill dramatically. They never answer the phone, the online system is always down so you can't put it at order ahead of time, and there's always only a skeleton crew of three people working. Nothing is ever ready and you always have to wait. The only time in the past 6 months or so I've ever got a pizza "Hot'N'Ready" was when I had to pay Extra for the ExtraMostBestest. Today was my last visit to this store until solid management is put in place. It seems there's a steadily revolving door of crew members and an overall lack of experience in daily operations. [2022 Update] Ordered 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza via the app. I was given a 40 Minutes estimate for pickup via the drivethru. I show up at the 40 minute mark to be told they don't have my order and don't have an answer as to why. The GM tells the cashier that I need to cancel the order in the app... That can't be done as there is not a way to cancel it in the app. When I asked the cashier where I cancel the order, he then tells me "Youll have to call corporate and ask if them for a refund". WHAT HAPPENED TO HOT AND READY!? After spending 15 minutes on hold, customer service let's me know *they* can't refund me, but put in a ticket for a refund, and he doesn't know why customers are being told this at the same handful of stores. Whoever owns this store needs to MANAGE the store.

Seriously if I could give negative stars I would if I could personally fire every one who works at this location I would bunch of Liberal kids who hide out and smoke pot in and outside the building with music blasting and literally refuse to take orders over the phone wont answer those calls at ALL!!!!! said they only do online orders and call ins ! Lights off like they are closed both open signs turned off !! Let some one have those jobs who will make your business money instead of these people you have in side they are turning away business! You need new mgmt or something if they dont want a job dont work dont try to get paid for free absolutely worst customer service ever if you can interact with another human get rid of the folks that work here start fresh there all trashy me unwilling to work so !! Yea rant over
