Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown

This incident just happened not too long ago. I was standing outside near my car waiting for the valet parking guy Sri to take my keys once he's done assisting another only person. He went back inside and completely ignored me. I wasn't going to argue but I demanded to see a manager. Then, it took longer to get a manager on duty. The manager on duty is Atonnna or something like that who finally came out. I'm trying to explain and provide a demonstration of the incident and acted as if I tried to invade her space. I'm upset because not only I was ignored and wasn't even properly service at all. The manager says that the valet manager isn't available and will them know. Then, I came to my room and found that no one came to clean my room as per my request when I came downstairs for breakfast. So now I have to live with this experience until I check out tomorrow. The first night was the perfect experience when I checked in with Linda. Thank you, Linda, for the exceptional service. I would only come back if I knew Linda was working. Other than that, I would prefer to stay at the Hyatt up the street because I understand their standards of excellence, which isn't a thing at this place. Rooms: I love my room. I wished that they would clean my room as I asked. Now I have to sleep in an unclean room. Safety: I feel safer during the day verses at night. If you must walk, then walk with a group or bring someone along. Walkability: I love walking around to see the beautiful landscape. Food & drinks: There are not a lot of places unless you drive to them. There are not a lot of good options.

Horrible experience. Was checked in rightfully so in our hotel room enjoying it like regularly. Walked out to the hall recording ourselves for about 10 seconds someone swung their door open yelling at us as if we werent human. The snacks were 92!!!!!! whats up with that, thats inexcusable. They treated us like animals because were black, they called the police on children who werent actively bothering anybody but simply didnt know of the no one out in the hall past 9pm rule as nobody told us that. The manager is extremely big and rude he approached us as if we were big black men with guns and drugs on us when we are literally young ladies who had pink pajamas on after we came up from buying snacks. He yelled down the hall at us threatening to kick us out of the hotel but he literally told us we can stay if we go in the room and wait until the parent guardian comes back. But shortly they to a minors hotel room with security, men may i add, when we are all girls. He called the police on us who forced us to open the door or we would be put into juvi. They constantly harassed us knocking at the hotel door for absolutely no reason because why would we open the door to grown men when were literally minors thats odd. He called us dirty monkeys who were broke and not fit enough to stay here. While yelling he was spitting on us talking very aggressively. They attempted several times to open the door even after saying we could stay. He also approached us with a black security officer who seemed very aggressive and ready to put his paws on us at any moment as if we arent just kids. He also told other customers downstairs in the lobby how he was oh so proud to kick us out literally telling everybody. He also made it seem as if we didnt have enough money or something to pay for the hotel or as if we werent fit to stay there because of our race. He also made it seem as if we had boys in the room asking if there was other people in there with us. Hes extremely rude and aggressive poor customer service. What manager tells people in the lobby that hes kicking someone out after we were supposed to be able to stay there when someone arrived? They also bum rushed us out the room as if we were slaves. Noteworthy details: rude manager! hes big and aggressive he also uses a black man to intimidate people.

Had a great stay with this hotel. Bryce provided above average service with a great attitude to match. Will definitely stay again.
