        image The hotel is poorly designed, with only one staircase and a lobby that's just a hole in the wall. When I got checked in, the bed in my room wasn't made, so I called the front desk and was told the problem would be taken care of. 45 minutes later, it was still unmade, and when I went down to confront the desk clerk he told me that Housekeeping had gone home. Finally I got a new room, which took much longer than it should have, and now the new room is cold. I won't be back.
