Well well well where do I start with these apartments. Well first when I applied they advised me I was just under the income guidelines for the unit I applied for which was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a den. Well I was advised of this by one of representatives there named Anne who was helpful. At the time she advised me that a standard 2 bedroom 2 bathroom I would be likely to qualify for. I was then advised I would be placed on a waiting list and I would receive a call when a unit became available. I was not contacted when I did reach out numerous times left numerous messages and no one wanted to return my call. When I did call back the representative Anne was conveniently no where to he found and never had a return call. Also come to find out she advised me there was no wait list when she said she put me on one so there a bold face lie right there. I was finally able to touch base with her after almost 30 days if not longer. When I went to apply again for the unit it went up in price. A new representative then reached out names Kendra Boone. She was not helpful even in the slightest. Didnt really care to get me approved by helping otherwise. She asked me if I really wanted a two bedroom unit. I advised i am not sure why I would apply and not want this unit. I was denied again then another apartment came up that I should he eligible for I was then replied then I was denied again. Called and left another messaged today and have yet to obtain a response. This is horrible customer services promised to be placed on a waiting list when one never existed and Kendra did not do anything to see if any other 2 bedroom would be available to meet my needs. I would not recommend unless you want lies and poor customer service. Its sad how people cant even do what theyre paid to do.

The lady who helped us with our application was very nice but there was so much back and forth and after paying off things to satisfy their requirements we didn't even get the apartment. We went back and forth with them for 3 weeks just for them to tell us no. We have a perfect rental history. We payed everything so that we would be at zero balance for previous properties and they still denied us.

Wish I wouldve listened to all the bad reviews if you like it to rain in your apartment when it rains outside and a buildings with pest infestations this is the perfect place for you and they dont care they just want money I hate it here and I want out!!

Please do not move here! Please do not move here! Please do not move here. Communication is horrible here, the maintenance team scratched up my bathroom wall placing a new sink in. Please dont move here. I suggest carlyle court.

A relative of the office staff moved in above us on our 3rd year living at the Lodge. This person kept his two dogs (one quite large) on his balcony most of the time and rarely walked them. The dogs went to the bathroom on the balcony and it dropped onto our patio and onto us below. I spoke to the neighbor and office staff several times and provided staff with pictures (I ended up with 47 pictures and videos of separate incidents). When the issue was not resolved several months later, we asked to end our lease as it was not a sanitary living condition. We were told no because we "didn't complain enough". I would never recommend anyone to live in a place that tolerates such a disgusting situation and is run by inconsiderate and unprofessional staff.
