        I would not recommend living here. At the time my lease was up, it would be a 70% increase in rent to keep the exact same apartment. They made little to no changes to go along with this increase. They added new locks and implemented a trash valet service that left the hallways smelling terrible for weeks. At the time of move out, they gave us a detailed "move out memo" which we completed, and they still charged us $275 for "general cleaning" and to clean the carpets and when I asked about these charges they said it was standard practice to charge all tenants for this service. I would not recommend living here. It is was over priced! Only thing going for it is location, but I was much happier at Monon Living Apartments a couple blocks away.
